About Exoben

Exoben Inc. is building a new kind of energy company—one that combines batteries, energy storage, solar systems, and EV infrastructure into one connected platform.

Our focus is simple: deliver reliable, scalable energy solutions that work in real-world conditions across both developed and emerging markets.

To achieve this, we need clear direction, strong planning, and smart execution. The Chief Strategy Officer plays a key role in shaping how Exoben grows globally.

Job Description

We are looking for a sharp and forward-thinking Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead Exoben’s long-term direction.

In this role, you will define how Exoben expands across markets, how our technologies are positioned, and how all parts of the business work together as one platform.

You will not just plan—you will connect strategy to real execution. You will work closely with operations, finance, and technology teams to make sure ideas are practical and deliver results.

You will also guide major decisions such as entering new countries, launching new products, and forming strategic partnerships.

This role requires strong thinking, clear judgment, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

You will define Exoben’s long-term global strategy, ensuring all business units move in one clear direction.

Shape how LithioX™, SodioX™, ExoSolar™, and ExoBoost™ come together as a single integrated energy platform.

Identify high-value markets and decide where and how Exoben should expand globally.

You will analyze industry trends, energy demand, and competitive positioning to guide decision-making.

Support leadership with clear, data-driven insights for major business decisions.

Evaluate new opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

You will guide product and market strategy to ensure strong positioning and differentiation.

Work closely with the CFO on capital allocation and growth planning.

Align strategy with operations to ensure plans are realistic and executable.

Help prioritize key projects and ensure resources are focused on high-impact areas.

Monitor performance against strategic goals and adjust direction when needed.

Present clear strategic updates to leadership and investors.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.

You have 12–15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate development.

You have strong understanding of global energy, infrastructure, or technology markets.

You are highly analytical and able to simplify complex problems.

Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing decisions.

Understand both strategy and execution—not just planning, but delivery.

You are a clear and confident communicator.

Why This Role Matters

This role shapes Exoben’s future.

You ensure that all parts of the company move together with purpose.

Your decisions determine where we grow, how we compete, and how we build a global energy platform that lasts.
