About Exoben

Exoben Inc. is building a global energy platform powered by advanced batteries, energy storage systems, solar solutions, and EV charging infrastructure.

Our mission is to deliver reliable energy for real-world conditions—homes, businesses, cities, and entire regions. As we expand globally, how we communicate our story is just as important as the technology itself.

The Chief Marketing Officer will lead how the world sees and understands Exoben.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead Exoben’s global brand and growth.

In this role, you will shape how Exoben is presented to investors, customers, partners, and the public. You will build a strong, premium brand that reflects our technology, vision, and global ambition.

You will lead marketing across all areas—digital, content, investor communication, product positioning, and global campaigns.

This role is not just about promotion. It is about building trust, telling a clear story, and positioning Exoben as a serious global energy company.

Key Responsibilities

You will define and lead Exoben’s global marketing strategy across all products and markets.

Build and maintain a strong, premium brand identity that reflects Exoben’s position as a technology-driven energy company.

Lead investor-focused marketing, ensuring clear communication of the company’s value, growth, and opportunity.

Oversee all digital platforms, including website, campaigns, and online presence.

Guide product positioning for LithioX™, SodioX™, ExoSolar™, and ExoBoost™, ensuring each product is clearly understood in the market.

Manage global marketing campaigns, content creation, and storytelling.

Work closely with sales and business development teams to support growth and customer acquisition.

Ensure all marketing materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Build strong communication strategies for product launches, announcements, and milestones.

Use data and analytics to track performance and improve marketing results.

Manage external agencies, media partners, and creative teams.

Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.

You have 12–15+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

You have strong experience building brands and leading global marketing strategies.

Understand digital marketing, content strategy, and investor communication.

You are creative but also practical and results-driven.

You are a strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

You have experience working with leadership teams and supporting business growth.

Why This Role Matters

This role defines how Exoben is seen by the world.

You build trust, attract investors, and help drive growth.

Your work turns technology into a clear story that people understand and believe in.
