Job Description

We are looking for a thoughtful and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead Exoben’s global people strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong workforce across all functions, from engineering and manufacturing to corporate and field teams.

You will design systems for hiring, training, performance management and employee development, ensuring that Exoben attracts the right talent and supports them to perform at a high level.

You will also shape the company culture by creating an environment that is disciplined, professional and focused on results, while supporting growth and long-term careers.

This role requires strong leadership, practical thinking and the ability to manage people at scale.

Key Responsibilities

You will define and lead Exoben’s global HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth and expansion plans.

You will build strong hiring systems to attract top talent across engineering, operations and corporate functions.

You will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding and workforce planning.

You will design performance management systems to ensure accountability and high performance across all teams.

You will lead employee development programs including training, leadership development and career growth.

You will manage compensation structures, benefits and incentive programs aligned with company goals.

You will ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations in all operating regions.

You will support leadership in building strong and effective teams.

You will manage employee relations and ensure a professional and respectful work environment.

You will develop organizational structures that support scaling to thousands of employees globally.

You will build HR systems, policies and processes that are clear and easy to follow.

You will promote a culture focused on performance, discipline and long-term growth.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in technology, manufacturing or fast-growing companies.

You have experience building teams at scale and managing global workforce operations.

You understand labor laws, HR systems and employee management practices.

You are organized, practical and focused on results.

You are a strong communicator and able to work closely with leadership.

You have experience building structured and disciplined organizations.
