About Exoben

Exoben Inc. is building a global energy platform that combines batteries, solar systems and EV infrastructure into one connected system.

Energy storage is what makes this platform work. It connects power generation to real usage, keeps electricity available when the grid is unstable, and supports homes, businesses and entire communities.

The Chief Energy Storage Officer leads how Exoben delivers reliable power in real-world conditions.

Job Description

We are looking for a practical and experienced Chief Energy Storage Officer (CESO) to lead Exoben’s energy storage systems globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for how our storage solutions are designed, deployed and scaled. You will oversee system architecture, grid integration, and real-world performance across all markets.

You will work closely with battery, solar and charging teams to ensure all parts of the Exoben platform operate together as one system.

This role is focused on execution, reliability and delivering systems that perform under real conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead Exoben’s global energy storage strategy across residential, commercial and utility-scale systems.

Oversee the design and deployment of ExoGrid™ systems powered by LithioX™ and SodioX™ batteries.

Ensure strong integration between storage systems, solar generation and EV charging infrastructure.

Guide engineering teams on system architecture, power electronics and grid interaction.

Ensure systems operate reliably under real-world conditions such as high temperatures, unstable grids and varying demand.

Work with operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and perform as expected after deployment.

You will ensure compliance with grid standards, safety requirements and regulatory frameworks in all markets.

Identify performance issues in deployed systems and implement improvements.

Support expansion into new markets by adapting systems to local grid conditions and energy needs.

Build and lead a strong global energy storage team.

Work with utilities, partners and governments to support deployment and integration.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have 15 years or more of experience in energy systems, grid infrastructure or large-scale energy storage.

You have strong understanding of power systems, inverters, grid integration and battery storage.

Have experience delivering projects from design to real-world deployment.

Understand both technical systems and operational challenges.

You are practical, focused on results and able to solve real problems.

Strong leader with clear communication skills.

Why This Role Matters

This role makes Exoben’s energy platform work in the real world.

Ensure that power is stable, reliable and available when people need it.

Leadership connects all technologies into one system that delivers real value to customers and communities.
