You will ensure that company strategy is executed effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial operations.

You will build and maintain strong operational systems, processes, and performance tracking across all departments.

You will oversee project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

You will work closely with senior leadership to align teams and remove operational bottlenecks.

You will manage cross-functional coordination between engineering, production, supply chain, and business teams.

You will improve efficiency across operations, including cost control, productivity, and resource management.

You will support global expansion by building scalable operational structures in new markets.

You will identify operational risks and implement solutions quickly.

You will oversee logistics, procurement, and supply chain performance.

You will build and lead high-performing operations teams across regions.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.

You have 15+ years of experience in operations, preferably in energy, manufacturing, or technology industries.

You have strong experience managing large teams and complex operations.

You understand how to scale operations from early-stage to global level.

You are highly organized, results-driven, and focused on execution.

You are a strong leader with clear communication and decision-making skills.
