Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Exoben’s global financial operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, capital raising, reporting, and overall financial management of the company.

You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to support decision-making, manage risk, and ensure the company remains financially strong as it grows.

You will also lead investor relations and play a key role in funding strategies, including private placements and future public market opportunities.

This is a critical leadership role that combines strategy, control, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead Exoben’s overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth plans.

You will manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across all divisions.

You will oversee accounting, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.

You will lead capital raising efforts, including equity financing, investor relations, and funding strategy.

You will manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

You will oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, and capital allocation.

You will identify financial risks and implement strong controls to protect the company.

You will support strategic decisions with clear financial analysis and insights.

You will ensure proper financial systems, reporting tools, and internal controls are in place.

You will work closely with legal and compliance teams on financial regulations and reporting requirements.

You will support future transactions such as IPO, mergers, or acquisitions if needed.

You will build and lead a strong global finance team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is strongly preferred.

You have 15+ years of experience in finance, preferably in technology, energy, or manufacturing sectors.

You have strong experience in financial planning, reporting, and capital raising.

You understand global financial regulations and compliance requirements.

You have experience working with investors and managing funding processes.

You are analytical, detail-focused, and highly organized.

You are a strong leader with clear communication and decision-making skills.
