This is a senior leadership role that requires both deep technical understanding and strong strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

You will ensure strong alignment between engineering teams across battery, energy storage, solar, EV infrastructure, and mobility.

You will set technical standards, architecture, and best practices across the organization.

You will oversee system-level integration between hardware and software components.

You will guide product development to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

You will support innovation by identifying new technologies and opportunities for improvement.

You will work closely with R&D teams to transition new technologies into real products.

You will ensure that all technology meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will evaluate technical risks and ensure strong solutions are implemented early.

You will support digital transformation, including software platforms, data systems, and connectivity.

You will collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and scalable.

You will build and lead a strong global engineering and technology team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

You have 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in energy, automotive, or advanced manufacturing industries.

You have strong understanding of both hardware and software systems.

You have experience leading large engineering teams and complex product development.

You are able to think strategically while also understanding technical details.

You are a strong leader with clear communication and decision-making skills.

Why This Role Matters

This role defines how Exoben builds its technology.

You ensure that all systems are connected, scalable, and future-ready.

Your leadership drives innovation and ensures Exoben remains competitive globally.
